Regular Meditation Courses
Buddhist Fellowship conducts regular courses to teach members how to meditate. Courses are conducted by experienced and well practiced monastic or lay teachers. The course provides the fundamentals of meditation practice and provides a foundation upon which to integrate the Buddhist teachings of Sila (Morality), Samadhi (Mental Stillness) and Panna (Wisdom) into life. It provides a pathway of attaining peace, happiness and balance.
Besides formal meditation courses, Buddhist Fellowship also has informal sittings on:
Every Tue, 7:30pm – 9pm: Group Meditation at BF West (currently no sessions until further notice)
Every Wed, 7:30pm – 9pm: Group Meditation at BF East (currently no sessions until further notice)
