Yoga in the modern world has been dominated by dynamic Yang styles. While Yang Yoga develops muscular strength and stamina, Yin Yoga complements it by relaxing deep connective tissues of the body. This meditative style of Yoga helps regulate the energy flow in the body, increase one’s flexibility and relieve tensions of the body – a great practice for many of us desk-bound workers!

Each course lasts for 10 lessons, and is held weekly on Thursday evenings.
