Experience the Indian Pilgrimage and visit 4 major pilgrimage sites Lord Buddha had been to more than 2,500 years ago! 

Date: 5 Nov to 15 Nov 2010* (Arrival to Singapore 16 Nov, Tuesday morning)
Itinerary: 4 Major Buddhist Pilgrimage sites (Lumbini, Bodhgaya, Sarnath, Kushinagar), Rajgir, Nalanda University, Sirvasti, Kolkatta 
Cost Per Participant: S$2,150 (early bird sign ups before and on 19 Sep), $2,300 (after 19 Sep)
Dhamma Teachers: Ayya Upekkha & Ayya Analaya 
Limited to 30 Participants.

5-Nov: Flight to Kolkata on Singapore Airlines
6-Nov: Kolkatta Day-trip (Victoria Memorial, Museum, River side), Night train to Varanasi
7-Nov: Varanasi/Sarnath (Sarnath, Dhamekh Stupa, Chaukandhi Stupa, Museum)
8-Nov: Sravasti (Jethvan, Angulimaal Stupa)
9-Nov: Lumbini (Mayadevi Temple, Sacred Gradens)
10-Nov: Kushinagar (Rambhar Stupa, Mahaparinirvaan Temple, Mata Ka Kuan)
11-Nov: Rajgir (Nalanda University)
12-Nov: Rajgir (Vulture’ Peak ,Venu Vana)
13-Nov: Bodhgaya (Mahabodhi Temple)
14-Nov: Bodhgaya (Sujata Village,Great Buddha Statue,Mahabodi Temple). Night train to Kolkata
15-Nov: Kolkata on free & easy. Flight to Singapore on Singapore Airlines

Please be reminded to APPLY the Australian visa or ETA via the internet http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/) before you set foot to Perth. It would cost A$20 and would take at least 12 hours for clearance and approval.

Come and enjoy the bliss of a 9-day Noble Silence 8-Precept retreat in the serene Jhana GroveMeditation Centre (1 hour away from Perth). The retreat will end on a high note by joining the annual Kartina (end of rains retreat) celebrations on 31 Oct 2010.

Participants can purchase their own air tickets to Perth (please see recommended flights below) to have the choice of flight and airline.  

Date: 21 Oct (Arrival), 22 Oct Nov to 30 Oct 2010 (Retreat), 31 Oct 2010 (Kartina Celebrations)
Meditation Teachers: Ajahn Brahm & Ajahn Brahmali
Cost Per Participant*: A$500 (Donation to Jhana Grove to defray cost incurred by the monastery for the 10-night stay) and A$70 (Return Airport Transfers - Subject to Changes)
