Regular Meditation Courses
Buddhist Fellowship conducts regular courses to teach members how to meditate. Courses are conducted by experienced and well practiced monastic or lay teachers. The course provides the fundamentals of meditation practice and provides a foundation upon which to integrate the Buddhist teachings of Sila (Morality), Samadhi (Mental Stillness) and Panna (Wisdom) into life. It provides a pathway of attaining peace, happiness and balance.
The current meditation course is run by Bhante Raja on Wednesdays from 7:30pm – 9pm @ Buddhist Fellowship East (Orion Building) up till the end of August 2016. For extra practice, do also feel free to come for our informal sittings on Tuesday evenings, also from 7:30pm-9pm @ Buddhist Fellowship West.
